Off to AUSTRALIA! 7 simpletons, 5 plays, 8 weeks

YES ~ we're going back, with reinforcements - and an ambitious set of goals. We also have grand ambitions to have mucho fun, so South Australian friends, lend a hand and come to the party. [This is an awesomely fun crew going along.]

We are pleased to announce the plays of the 2010 theater simple season at the Adelaide Fringe:(in order of opening) GERDA's JOURNEY, THE SNOW QUEEN, MYTH UNDERSTANDINGS, THIS IS A PLAY, and 52 PICK UP. Two Australian premieres, two back-by-popular demand, and one painfully funny piece of theater writing for three actors ~ and lettuce (by one of my favorite playwrights, Daniel MacIvor).

The amazingly talented ensemble of simpletons tackling this terrain and repertoire: Ricky Coates, Llysa Holland, Yana Kesala, Monique Klenhans, Ian Lindsay, Andrew Litzky, and Pamala Mijatov. Several have volunteered to throw themselves onto incoming wine bottles, to save the others.
We make our 2010 debut in the Barossa Valley, on the grounds of three neighboring wineries with GERDA'S JOURNEY. Within a week, we'll have three of the 5 shows up and running, and a parade under our belts.
WHEEE! We'll get the blog up to speed in January, and start posting through rehearsals. It'll be fun - that is for SURE.
